前台接待的小姐姐服務很好，耐心讓我挑選了最心儀的房型！雖然是年份比較老的度假酒店，但是房間的設施維護和環境衞生都做得很不錯！私家花園！還帶有熱石板浴（住過很多温泉酒店和度假村，但房間裏配套熱石板浴的實屬罕見！強推！） 別墅裏的泡池出水很快！泡完皮膚滑溜溜！
總結：全家人都非常滿意！

房間套房寬大舒適，温泉♨️可調冬季不着涼，獨立泡池夠大，泡完膚滑是真温泉不假。酒店服務特別貼心到位，加床寬厚給了兩床被子，服務生特別禮貌周到還送來了新年糖果小吃。該酒店的餐廳服務也很贊，菜品烹調高級非常合口，不會如江西特有的那麼油鹹，價格還很合理不貴。在周邊小鎮餐飲年三十都關門歇業的狀況下，酒店餐廳給了我們一家非常滿意的一頓年夜飯，特此表感謝！在這次贛南旅遊中，三百山温泉度假酒店可稱是最滿意舒心的，下次有機會還會再來！

房間倒是寬敞，就是空調不夠給力，也正好那幾天遇到寒流氣温低，空調製熱效果不怎麼樣，衞生間裏就更顯得比較冷些。開放式湯池的品類、區域挺多的，有些湯池的水看着挺清澈，也有些看上去明顯有些不潔凈。
會議中心內的菜品味道不錯，分量也足，當然了價格也自然貴些，但不重要，温泉度假村嘛，衹要食材新鮮、口味不錯就很好了。服務人員態度都還不錯，就是前台電話時不時會出現無法接通的情況。
交通極不方便，度假村沒有接送站服務，衹在度假村區域內有擺渡車。如果是背包客自由行，想乘坐公共交通工具前往的話，還是很不便利的（可能乘坐旅遊專線大巴會好點，但首先要能找到乘坐點才行，呵呵）。對自駕來説就比較友好，裏面可分區域停車，停車位也不少。
